His mother was also an artist, and taught him to paint and draw since he was two.
He went to:
·         Graduate School, Texas A&M University, for Mathematics Education between 2004 and 2006. Activities and Societies in summer 2006.
·         Angelo State University for BS, IDIS, Education, Art between 2000 and 2003.
He worked as a production and studio artist.
He also worked as a teacher. He taught at both private and public schools.
He focused on painting abstract fish when he retired.
His work can be found in over 40 different countries and all of the 50 US states.
He made his own website with fish art, www.ipaintfish.com. He is the owner and artist of this website. It is almost certain that all of the fish art images are by him. His website is a company and it has been online for around 15 years and 8 months; it was created in August 1998.
J. Vincent Scarpace is either skilled or an expert in:
