English Homework Film Review
This is my homework to write a film review on the movie 'The Incredibles'.
“The Incredibles” Review
Directed by Brad Bird, who also helped massively with
the Wallace and Gromit movie and clips, the Disney/Pixar Award Winning “The
Incredibles” is mostly centred around former superhero Bob Parr (aka Mr.
Incredible), who has not-so-successfully settled into normal life along with
his wife and kids under the watchful eye of the Superhero Protection Program. In
an interesting twist, it turns out that the main reason they have to go to
their “secret identity” is when others are mistaken about his actions. But as
he can’t snap out of his want to be a superhero again, he accepts a mission
from a mysterious organisation and ends up in a battle against someone from his
past, with help from his family. In this movie, you can really see what kind of
person Bob is through the marvellous characterisation that is used in this
movie, just look at his room! Also there a quite a few different types of
cinematography, like the tablet message, this movie will keep you interested
through all of it. With the two extra characters, E and the little kid who
shouts “That was totally wicked!” always adding a funny twist, “The
Incredibles” is a movie that the whole family will love!
